Alternative investing is direct investment in community economic development projects. These investments direct capital toward projects that benefit the poor and disenfranchised members of society. For nearly twenty years we have collaborated with community development organizations, credit unions, minority-owned banks and loan funds – agencies that play a vital role in meeting basic human needs such as housing and job creation.
