How do sisters pray?
It is with a grateful heart that I answer this question. You may not know very much about our lives, but you obviously expect that we are women who pray and that fills me with a deep down gratefulness that our witness to God’s presence in the world is actually working!
The Dominican Sisters of Springfield pray with the Church by attedning daily Mass and praying the Liturgy of the Hours in community twice a day: Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer. Many Catholics throughout the entire world pray this prayer. We also pray privately each day, often meditating on scripture. It is what helps us to focus our day on God. It also helps us remember why we live the life we live!
