The Formation Community is located at the Motherhouse in Springfield. New members join this community when they enter and learn from these sisters about living community life as a Springfield Dominican.
The Sisters in this community include Sr. M. Theodora, Formation Director, Sr. M. Harold, part of the clerical staff for community administration, Sr. Margaret Schreiber, professor at Springfield College in Illinois, Sr. Marie Vianney, Director of the Associate Program, and Sr. Peggy Conway, Theology teacher at Sacred Heart Griffin High School.
