7 cucumbers, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon salt
Mix together. Let stand for two hours, then drain.
In a small saucepan combine:
1 cup cider vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon. celery seeds
½ teaspoon mustard seed
Bring to boil and cool, then mix with cucumbers.
Store in refrigerator for 4 days, then freeze.
