Sweet Italian Salad Dressing   

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/8 cup of mustard
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp grated garlic clove
juice from 1/2 lemon

Combine all of the above ingredients and refrigerate.
